Father's day Fun at Makansutra Food Fest

(Credits to SM Megamall for the photo) Waldy and I have always been a foodie. We love to try new dishes and we loooove food! What better way to treat him on Father's day? We head over to SM Megamall to explore Singapore's famous Makansutra Hawker streetfood. We sampled over 12 best recipe they offer, from Laksa, Biryani, Sambal, Nasi Lemak, Thai Chicken chop, the famous Hainanese Chicken rice and many more! It felt like we've travelled the street of Singapore on a budget with a full and happy tummy. What's even better is we get to spend this day with our family since SM Megamall is just one kembot away! Another highlight of the event is the Sambal Eating Challenge, and I so ecstatic to say that Waldy won the 1st Price for finishing the spicy noodle soup fastest! Now we have 700 worth of GC to spend for more Makansutra's dishes! I also had the opportunity to learn how to cook spicy crab and the Salted Egg Pork Dish from Old Chun Kee.  You can head over ...

Melacep Plus™ Luminous System

I have been battling adult acne since last year. I don't know what triggered it, but it made me really self-conscious. I have to be honest, it did affect my business since I came back to Mary Kay last year. I was self-conscious. Very very self-conscious!  I mean, how can a beauty consultant like me who sells skin care products make a profit when my own skin isn't healthy?  There are many causes to adult acne. Its totally different from adolescent pimple breakout which subsides as we pass the teenager stage. I think the number one culprit is stress. Then theres hormonal-imbalance, poor hygiene, unhealthy lifestyle, etc. Last year was a point in our couple life where we are at the lowest. I was stressed out. I started gaining weight, lost my will to take care of myself. Felt that there wasn't any point in maintaining my beauty regimens because I'm not really going anywhere. I felt stuck. Ugly. Unsuccessful. Unwanted. My first 3 months in the business was a di...

Add Color to your life at Color Trend 2017

We've all known Boysen Paint since we were kids, after all the company was founded in 1953 ( same as my beloved Mary Kay ). Pacific Paint Philippines, Inc. started out as a repacker of paint and lacquer thinners, until they acquired license to manufacture Boysen® Paints in the Philippines in 1960. It has been a household name eversince and the first choice when it comes to paint for home and offices. This year marks Boysen's very first Color Play Booth which has been doing rounds in various trade shows around Manila. The company has currently been experimenting with different ways to present paint. The exhibition, which by the way is lego-like, full of designs with bold graphics and colors, was first seen at the annual World BEX in World Trade Center Manila last March. This May 31 until June 12, Boysen® Philippines has brought the color play experience to the public in Cyberzone at SM City North Edsa. Guests can choose different-shaped woods, which they ...
