Bing Loyzaga's Journey with Marie France

It was my privilege to be a part of an intimate meet and greet with Bing Loyzaga especially because the event was an intimate interview with Bing.

Bing has had her share of ups and downs when it comes to her weight, especially being in an industry that constantly expects one to look good and be in great shape. So in her late 30s, she had liposuction done on her arms and legs.

“When you see yourself in the mirror at home after the procedure, yes you're thin. But when I removed the bandages, I saw myself with cuts and bruises. That's when I cried and felt like I betrayed myself. Sinaktan ko ang sarili ko.”

Her daughters Alyssa and Gabby were with her as she recovered, tending her wounds and changing her bandages. “After I had the procedure done, my daughters made me promise not to go under the knife again.”

Unfortunately, she gained back the weight. To make matters worse, she was recently diagnosed with hypothyroidism. It's a condition in which the thyroid gland is not producing enough thyroid hormone. This slows down the metabolism and leads to weight gain.

In a span of three months, Bing put on a lot of weight. This cost her a role in a show she was already cast in. She shares, “I never thought my weight would be such a hindrance to my work. I tried to lose the weight on my own, but unfortunately, they weren't satisfied. They told me that they believe I can look better. So they asked me to step out of the show. That was a really big blow.”

Bing is now over 30 lbs. lighter, and she's definitely back! She's back but not fully on showbiz, she's committed on sharing her story on getting fit and healthy. Bing lost so much weight without going under the knife, without starving herself, and without exercising like crazy.  #BingRediscoveredSexy thru Marie France and she's vent on encouraging women who may be having the same situation as hers in the past. At the age of 45, Bing says, “I feel new. I've found a new sense of confidence,”

Bing said, “With Marie France, it really felt like a new beginning. One, the slimming treatments are non-invasive. Two, I have a team behind me which consists of a doctor, nutritionist, slimming consultant, and highly-trained therapists who were there to support and guide me through the whole process.  What impressed me the most is that they did not make me starve and I never felt hungry. With the guidance of their nutritionists, they gave me the right food to eat.”

Among Bing's go-to treatments is the Marie France staple FMS Elite, the updated and improved version of the highly successful Fat Mobilization System that now has no more cold wraps and no more shivering. It helps convert bad white fat to brown fat, a process that is now being hailed by obesity experts all over the world, and which Marie France has been successfully utilizing for weight-loss for over 30 years. But her favorite is Marie France's latest offering: the Thermo Magnetic Pulse (TMP) treatment.

TMP uses 4D technology, a powerful combination of multi-polar radio frequency and pulsed magnetic fields, which delivers 4 benefits in just 1 application: fat reduction, body contouring, skin tightening, and cellulite smoothening.

I haven't tried TMP yet but my Ate Joy did, so I'm borrowing her video clip for you to watch.

In line with Safeguard's 50th year tradition of  hand washing education to prevent diseases and save lives, they led a movement to healthier Philippines through the Global Handwashing Day (GHD) celebration at Baseco Compound in Manila last October 12.
