Sentro 1771 follows the steps of its sister restaurant, Flatiron, which opened its first branch in the same mall last year.  Flatiron serves impeccable flavors of nothing but goodness of comfort food prepared on a griddle. Its menu is an eclectic collection of comfort food that is American in core with a touch of European and Asian influences. Drawn from its name, Flatiron Brisket 6 is the restaurant’s house specialty, definitely, a must-try! The meat is slowly cooked for 6 hours to achieve the perfect fusion of tasteful ingredients and the right amount of tenderness.  One can also devour on its Chicken Piccata, thinly-pounded chicken breast fried in butter and tossed in lemon butter sauce. The richness of the lemon butter sauce is balanced by the lightly creamed spaghettini.
