A Tribute to all Supermoms


I never realized how hard being it is to be a mom, until I became one. The thing is, our mom passed away when I was 8 years old. I was the youngest of six brood and never get to spend that much time to get to know mama.

Then Tita, our stepmom, came along when I was 11. She helped our father raise us. She taught me to love unconditionally, by loving us as her own.

I was blessed to have two wonderful mother. The one who carried with in her belly for 9 months and brought me out into this world, and breastfed me for almost 5 years. And the one who took care of me and raised me to be the woman and a mother I am today.

As a mother, it was an honor to be invited to the launch of SM Supermalls' National Supermom's day. 



SM Supermalls Senior Vice President for Marketing, Jonjon San Agustin spearheaded the event with a wonderful remark: " Mother's Day is the best time of the year to thank our mom's for all their dedication and hard work for us. While our moms also look forward to celebrate this day with us, SM's National Supermoms Day is the perfect occasion for the whole family to create many more memories to cherish in the years to come."

They also unveiled Shopmag's May cover and gave us a glimpse of SM's National Supermoms Day - a grand tribute to Supermoms on May 14 through a nationwide Mother's Day celebration in 60 SM malls across the country.

One of the anticipated highlight is the Mommy and Me event - a mom-and-kid fashion show - where Jollibee will be giving away Jolly Spaghetti to the first 200 shoppers who will catch the show in 43 participating malls nationwide. Another season's treat is the #Supermoms Fashion Makeover promo. SM Supermalls partners with SM Woman to reward five lucky moms a fashion makeover! As part of SM's 30 years of fun shopping, they launched #SuperMoms in 2016 as their tribute and to connect to the silent superheroes of the family. These super mommy shoppers who always put their family first in everything they do have been the largest part of SM's story over the years.

Spalding Summer Camp Schedule 2017
